Delivering one for the team!

A long-standing client of Gramann Reporting had suddenly needed several days of testimony not previously requested transcribed that would impact a bankruptcy hearing occurring in a few days. The client was in a difficult position because of testimony given by a Ukrainian software engineer, among others, that could determine the fate of this matter. Without being armed with these transcripts in hand, our client would be left in a precarious position.
The three court reporters involved went to work on this and very quickly had them transcribed, proofed and ready for delivery! The client already had expressed to us that at any time they were completed, to immediately contact them. In order to accommodate, on a Friday night our Scheduling Manager, Megan, from home was able to process the last of these files into the various file formats requested by the client so that within a matter of minutes it was in their hands. The result: Happy client!
